Ticket pricing
Ticket prices range, please visit individual show pages.
Purchased tickets but can't attend the show
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are offered only if the show is canceled or if there is a date change.
If you can't make the show, pass your tickets on to someone you love! You are allowed to transfer your ticket to another whose name does not appear on the ticket. We are not responsible for tickets bought from any third-party sources.
Sold out shows
We recommend checking the door at the event; sometimes people purchase advance tickets and do not show up.
If ticket holders do not show up, we can open up additional seats. Another option is to request your name be added to the waitlist. CLICK HERE
Entrance
All ticket holders are asked to wait in line to check in. Don't worry, the line goes super fast!
Reserved seating - Indoor Shows
Unless you purchased reserved seating tickets, seating is general admission open seating. If you have a party of ten or more or if you're celebrating a special occasion, you may request to reserve seats. You must purchase tickets in advance before requesting reserved seating for your party. To request reserved seating, please EMAIL US - INTEL: There are no "bad seats" at our show venues.
Outdoor Shows - Bring your own comfy outdoor chair
Both low-back and standard outdoor (camping-type, foldable/portable) chairs are perfect. Our ushers do their best to make sure all low back chairs are positioned in the front rows. Please make sure that if you intend to bring an outdoor foldable "picnic style" table, it is tiny and low, no more than 28" in diameter and 24" height, as certain shows allow picnics. If you are a guest from out of town on vacation in wine country, a standard comfortable folding chair will be provided for you. Thank you!
Drinks/Beverages/Eats
Wine available for purchase. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are ok to bring in, and all nonalcoholic beverages must be sealed and unopened. Charcuterie/cheese plates are available for purchase. Picnics are welcome at most venues as well. Please check each individual show page for full details.

Wheelchair accessible
Yes - all shows are ADA accessible and we are able to provide seating accommodations for Guests with mobility disabilities.
Parking
All venues offer complimentary parking in their on-site lots. Some venues require a short walk from lot to show area.

Cameras/videos/smart phones
You are welcome to take photos before and/or after the show.
NO video taping or drones allowed at the performances.

Special Event or Fundraiser disclaimer
Some gift certificates or complimentary vouchers won at charity event auctions or raffles are not be valid for special events or fundraisers. Please check before you attend -- email us.
Attending shows means you authorize The Laugh Cellar and its agents, business partners, and licensees to publish photographs or footage with your likeness taken at the show for any lawful purpose related to The Laugh Cellar, including without limitation use in print, online, and video-based marketing and advertising materials.
We reserve the right to remove hecklers from our shows
